Contract
Once you decide the apartment, we will send an application form and
privacy policy for agreement.
Please send those back with copy of tenant's identification by FAX , PDF
file or e-mail.

A copy of picture ID(driver's licence , passport , insurance card , resident
card). Without photo identification, 2 items will be required.
*[Corporate Contract]
A copy of the confirmation document(corporate registration or company
outline)and copy of your identification(driver's licence , passport or
employee certification).

Rent Payment
We will issue the contract and an invoice. Please send back the contract
with your signature and make the payment. All payments are in advance.

Key Delivery
We will arrange the key and tenant guide after we receive your contact
and
payment. (For those residing in Japan, the key will be sent to the address
you specify. For those currently abroad, we will arrange for you to receive
the key at Narita Airport.) If there's something wrong with your apartment,
please send us inventory sheet within 7 days. |
