| How can I make a reservation? | |
| Please contact us either by phone or through the website with your check-in
date, period of stay, apartment and contact details. The apartment's availability will be checked and a staff member will contact you. |

| When should I make a reservation? | |
| Reservations can be made from up to 2 months to 1 week in advance of your check-in date. | |
|
|
|
| Is a guarantor necessary? | |
| A guarantor is not necessary, but please provide the name of someone who can guarantee your suitability for one of our apartments. | |

|
|
| Can an inspection of the apartment be made before applying? | |
| Basically no inspection can be made, but for lengthier stays of 6 months or more, please consult with our company. | |

|
|
| Can I move in straight away? | |
| You can move in on the day the contract is signed at the earliest, however please consult with our office as this depends on each case. | |
| What is required to enter a contract? | |
| To complete an application form, the following are required - - Completed and returned application form and privacy policy. |

|
| What is the minimum rental period? | |
| Apartments are available on a daily basis with a minumum period of 7 days. | |
|
|
|
| Can even a minor contract? | |
| Even the use of an apartment by a minor possible, but in the case a relative must act as a guarantor. | |

|
|
| Can even foreign nationals contract? | |
| If they are in possession of full proof of identity, they can contract. | |
|
|
|
| Is corporate use of apartments possible? | |
| Yes,it is possible. | |
| Can I extend my stay after moving in? | |
| A contract cannot be extended but re-contracting is possible subject to room
availability. Please contact us as soon as possible if you would like to extend your stay. |

|
| Is cancellation of the contract possible before moving in? | |
| Canncellation of the contract is possible up to one month before moving in. - Please inquire directly with our office about cancellation rules and conditions. | |
| When do I need to pay the initial rent? | |
| Initial payment is due one week before your check-in date. Please see the "How to Pay" page for more details. |

| During the contract, are there any necessary expenses, and how much are they? | |
| When leaving an apartment, please pay for all cleaning expenses, and for public utilities charges relating to that apartment. The charge is different according to each apartment, so please inquire directly to our office for details. | |
| Can I have a private telephone line installed? | |
| For customers staying for periods of 3 months or more, private telephone lines may be installed. | |

| What is my liability concerning furniture and appliances ? | |
| Customers are wholly liable for any repairs or replacement of furniture and appliances required. | |

| Can the Internet be used? | |
| Internet use is possible. | |
|
|
|
| What kind of fixtures and furnishings are in the apartments? | |
| There is basically a bed (with bedding), a sofa a table, a television, a refrigerator, a microwave oven, a washing machine, a rice cooker, and an Internet connection although it differs according to each apartment. | |
| How do I receive the key? | |
| For tenants presently in Japan, the key will be sent to an address that you
specify. If you are presently abroad, we will arrange for the key to be received at Narita Airport. |

| When moving, can luggage be sent? | |
| Luggage can not be sent in advance to the apartment, and the person contracting must receive their luggage at the time when moving in. | |

|
| From what time can you move in? | |
| It is possible to move in any time on the day the contract is signed. - It is likely to differ according to each apartment. | |

|
|
| Can a pet be kept? | |
| If an apartment is designated for allowing pets, then this possible. | |
|
|
|
| I want to send the courier service beforehand. | |
| It asks after it moves because I am sorry, there is no place where the thing of delivering to home is received in each article. | |
| Who may stay in the apartment? | |
| Tenants listed on the contract may stay in the apartment. | |

| What are the utility fees? | |
| To complete an application form, the following are required - Utilities are charged on a daily basis and range between 600-1000 yen based on the apartment and cover the following items - - Electricity Please note that an additional fee may apply for excess use. |

| How can I do laundry? | |
| Each room is equipped with a washing machine. | |
|
|
|
| Can mail be received? | |
| A mailbox is installed for each apartment, and mail can be received from the mailbox with the room number of the contracted apartment. | |

|
| How is the indoor cleaning done? | |
| Basically,cleaning is the responsibility of the person contracting the apartment. If you with a room cleaning service can be provided, so please consult with our office for further details. | |
| Is it possible to vacate the room before the termination of contract? | |
| Vacating early is possible but the rent is not refundable. | |
|
|
|
| What procedure should be followed for leaving an apartment? | |
| Attendance by our staff on the leaving day is not provided, so please make sure none of your belongings are left in the apartment, and please return the apartment key to our office in the envelope provided. | |

|
| By what time should the apartment be vacated? | |
| Please leave the apartment by 3:00PM. | |
